Delete your Paspartou account
You can ask us to delete your Paspartou account at any time.
If you have the app
Open Paspartou, go to Settings, and tap Delete my account.
If you no longer have the app
Send an email to hello@paspartou.com from any address, and include the phone number you used to sign in to Paspartou. Before we delete anything, we will contact you to confirm that the number is yours.
What we delete
Your name, your phone number, and your access to the app.
What we keep, and why
We keep a record of the stamps and points that shops gave you, but with your name and phone number removed. Shops need these records to keep their own accounts correct. We may also keep invoices and payment records where the law requires it.
How long it takes
We complete every request within 7 days.
If you own a business on Paspartou, we will contact you first about your contract before closing your account.
